YOUR ORDERS!

So at the moment we have a lot of items on preorder as items sell so quickly when in stock. The items that are on preorder are,

When ordering it does state its on preorder but this can be easily missed. If you have ordered and wondering where your order is this is why. We have your order and it will be sent to you the moment we get our shipment from the factory. 

The dates of arrival for each product are below so this means that your order will be SHIPPED on this date. You may receive some of items you have ordered which are in stock before your preorder but they may arrive together but rest assured we have your orders and we are working as quick as we can to get them out for you!

These are the dates we will ship these products too you, at Genie we usually ship and have your order to you within 4/5 days  but with preorders they will always take a lot longer.
