Returns And Refunds

Damaged Goods

We will send a refund or offer and exchange for any faulty item delivered. You have 7 days to inform from receiving the parcel, please email us on customerservices@genie-clean.co.uk with photos of the original packaging, packing slip and items damaged. Without this information we can not process a refund.

Returns

We will not refund any returns which have been opened or tampered with. All seels much be intact and item should be returned in original packaging for a refund to be given. Please ensure the product is sent back securely and well packed as any damages and they will not be refunded. These must be returned to us within 14 days or requesting a refund.

If you are returning an item please email customer services with your order number and full tracking provided by the shipping provider you use. Please also add a photo of how you are returning the package to ensure you are protected if the shipping provider tamper or damage your return in any way.

Lost Orders

If you suspect your order has been lost then please email us on customerservices@genie-clean.co.uk with your order number and if evri have updated the package as lost we will process a refund or offer a replacement.

Missing Items

All of our orders are picked and packed and checked before leaving our warehouse. If for human error you are missing an item out of your order we require a photo of the packaging, packing slip and order. If you are missing an item we will get a replacement sent to you. Please ensure you can provide us with this information otherwise replacements can not be sent.

Our amazing customer service team work between the hours of 9.30am - 2.30pm. Our response time is 2/3 Working days especially during peak times. Our customer service team are trained to a high standard and are committed to providing a quality service. Please ensure you are treating our customer service team with respect as they work to resolve any issues you are having with your order. Any abusive behaviour towards any members of our team will result in a lifetime ban from ordering from our company again.
